THE WOODLANDS - Shiner St. Paul advanced to the TAPPS Division III State Final after defeating Beaumont Legacy Christian (10-3) 56-20 in the semifinals Friday night (November 27, 2015 at The Woodlands Christian.

Shiner St. Paul (13-0) will face the winner of Saturday's game between Cedar Hill Trinity Christian and Dallas First Baptist.

The Cardinals owned a 42-14 halftime lead, highlighted by Austin Barton's 77-yard touchdown run with 7:31 to go in the first quarter.

Jed Janecek led the Cardinals with 161 yards rushing on 15 carries, while Barton rushed for 139. T.J. Bell rushed 135 times on 13 carries. Barton completed 5 of 8 passes for 125 yards.
