The Lady Comanches program has not had a team qualify for the state meet for over two decades.
With a regional championship under the belt, expect the Lady Comanches to have a great shot on placing in the top three in the team standings and to have a chance for an individual top 10 finish.
Whatever happens at state, the Lady Comanches can be proud in that they earned a regional championship and the first Shiner girls team to make state for a long time.
The Shiner Lady Comanches are scheduled to race at 9 a.m on Tuesday ( November 24, 2020 ). For more information, please go to https://www.uiltexas.org/cross-country/state.
