New Shiner School Construction Watch

In Spring 2005, the Shiner Independent School District Board of Trustees voted to begin construction of a new combined Elementary and High School complex on a hilltop just northwest of Shiner, Texas. The first construction at the site began in early 2006 and was completed in April 2007. The new school campus was dedicated on August 13th and the 2007-2008 school year began August 27th!

This web page was created and maintained solely for the purpose of providing the latest information and photos of the new school construction site. Now that the school campus is complete, further updates will be infrequent and only as needed (or as time permits.) Hope you have enjoyed it!
