Heather Haas, an outstanding high school softball player from Shiner, Texas, is just about to begin her senior year. She's already helped lead her team to the state tournament three years in a row and is working toward number four! She's working hard, playing select league softball, and hopes to have a chance to play softball in college, too. We hope our work on her website gets her a few more opportunities ... it sure can't hurt! Check it out.

Shiner Animal Hospital
The local veterinary hospital needed a web presence quickly in order to communicate with their customers and suppliers. We registered their business name as a new domain, snapped a couple digital photos, whipped up a quick website, and they were on-line in less than 6 hours. Now THAT'S service ... tell me, can YOUR webmaster do that?

"got espys?"
In July 2008, the famous Trinity Tigers 15-lateral football play was nominated for and ESPY Award for "Best Play". We thought this tiny website might trigger some hits. Turns out, we were right on the money!

Texas Country Cabins
The owners of Texas Country Cabins had a growing, thriving business already, but realized that they could reach so many more potential guests by having a website that showed off their beautiful cabins. They also needed a way for their existing guests to recommend them to others ... a new website was just the ticket. KOR Construction
KOR Construction, a local construction company and property manager, had a website, but couldn't get it updated or changed on a regular basis. We moved them to a new host and took over the site maintenance ... along the way, we made a few small technical improvements and increased their site's visibility on Google and other search engines. Brenda O'Bannion's Books
When Brenda O'Bannion decided to publish her childrens' books, we thought she might like to have a website to promote them. Her first book, released in May 2008 is entitled "Crowbaby and Dawfie" and tells the true story of an autistic child waiting for her brother's return from the Korean War. Boehm Tractor Sales, Shiner, TX
Boehm Tractor Sales has been in operation for more than 60 years, but that didn't keep them from looking to the Internet to expand their business. Selling new and used tractors and farm equipment (New Holland and other brands) is a competitive market and everyone can use a little help now and then. We're working with the Boehm family to add web-based advertising and equipment listings to their website. If you're in the market for some good quality agricultural machines backed by excellent service, give them a call or (better yet) visit them on-line!

Texas Thunder Radio
This locally-owned group of radio stations plays all the latest Country Music hits, Polka Music to preserve the local Czech and German heritage, and area high school sports events, including Shiner Comanche football, baseball and Lady Comanche softball. Supported by local business advertising, we're glad to have them in our community. Their website is currently under development, but will include local news and a calendar of local events, as well as links to streaming audio for those far away who want to hear a taste of small town Texas.

First National Bank of Shiner
This locally-owned bank needed a simple webpage to inform their customers about their services and allow out-of-town prospects to find them on the web! Then, several years later, we completely redesigned the site, adding modern graphics and a link to their Internet Banking. Hometown service is king, but sometimes a 21st century approach is required.

PAWS Spirit Items e-Store
In response to the excitement and publicity from the "Miracle in Mississippi" 15-lateral football play executed by the Trinity University Tigers, we set up an e-Store that generated almost $20,000 in gross sales in the first six months of operation. Profits from the e-store support the P.A.W.S. program and the Trinity University football team. Not bad for our first e-commerce application ... if we do say so ourselves!

Trinity Football Miracle in Mississippi
We were fortunate to be present for the "Miracle in Mississippi" ... the most unbelievable football play in history. With 2 seconds remaining in the game, the Trinity University Tigers executed a 15-lateral 62-second play to score the winning TD after time expired to narrowly defeat the Millsaps Majors 28-24 in Jackson, Mississippi on October 27, 2007. Game video appeared on ESPN and YouTube later that evening and created a worldwide media sensation within hours. This new website was created to commemorate the occasion and create a central site for links to videos, news articles and photos of the amazing game.

MegaSnax Snack Foods & Route Distribution
The Mega Snax line of snack foods and beef jerky, manufactured by DSD Services, needed a website describing their business for existing and potential route distributors. For them, a website was a natural way for them to describe their services, list their products, and communicate with their customers. This colorful site concept was created by the owners to coordinate with the distinctive look of their product packaging.

The Old Kasper House Bed & Breakfast
This beautiful B & B just needed a little bit of world-wide-web exposure! Part of "keeping up with the times" is knowing how to reach new customers and serve them better. The Shiner Country Inn is a small, family-owned hotel that was remodeled just a few years ago. Quaint furnishing and reasonable prices are pictured on this simple webpage ... just the thing for a small local business that caters to visitors and guests in this small South-Central Texas community.

Chris Baer Football
This outstanding Shiner Texas Class of 2005 high school athlete now attends Trinity University in San Antonio, and plays running back for the NCAA Division III Tigers football team. His website provides an overview of Chris's vital statistics and high school sports accomplishments, including photos, links, and even movie files with highlights of his high school football career. College photos and stats coming soon. Hmmm ... his name seems familiar somehow ...

Scales & Tales Guide Service
For a real Texas fishing experience, give Captain Ron Arlitt a call ... he's been fishing the Gulf Coast for years and knows just where the big 'uns are lurking. In order to generate new business as well as remind his customers of his services, a website was in order. Now it's just a matter of time before prospective anglers are hooked!

This central Illinois eyecare group is run by optometrists with an "eye" for detail. Old connections from long ago got us this job and we were glad to help them move their website from an expensive annual-fee provider to their own domain name. A little touch-up here and there was all that was required to put this site together.

Sann Ren� Glaza - Art Gallery
An elegant art gallery of oil and watercolor paintings by a promising USA-born Belgian artist. Landscapes, flowers and other scenes from nature are visible in thumbnail and larger image sizes. This site uses some of the latest tricks for image display ... and there's even some optional background music to listen to while you browse the gallery.

Kloesel's Steakhouse & Bar
One of South Central Texas' finest dining experiences ... located in a historic old hotel building in Moulton, Texas. Steaks, seafood, chicken and pasta menu items in a historic country setting. This new website replaced one lost by their previous webmaster ... it can happen! If you're in the area, drop by for the best steak dinner around!

Half Moon Realty
This new business saw a need to provide up-to-the-minute information about available properties in Shiner. Coupled with a small weekly advertisement in the local newspaper that features their web address, this website allows Half Moon Realty to effectively reach a "world-wide" audience and communicate with potential buyers and sellers. They also update their own website themselves whenever the need arises.

Shiner Chamber of Commerce, Shiner, Texas
A full-blown community site that started as a way to advertise local businesses, it now contains a community calendar, business categories, and links to several area businesses' own web sites. This project started in early 1999, and continues to grow to include community activity pages, sports schedules, and more local links. Be sure to check the Calendar of Events for happenings around town this year.

Boedeker Plastics, Inc.
Our second client, this job started as a make-over of existing pages, but developed into a complete overhaul -- now our head designer works his day job at this company. Check this site frequently, as it is updated weekly and contains lots of special graphics and Javascript tricks.
